Terms Defined for Specific Services

  1. The Williams Estate
    1. The Williams Estate is the controller of the holdings of the Estate listed above. The Controller and Director of The Williams Estate is Sir Jeron Lewis Vincent Williams The First (Jeron Lewis Vincent Williams I, Jeron Williams I).
    2. The Williams Estate is stake-held by members of The Williams Family of The Northern Southern East Coast, and its members are defined by blood relation to Sir Stacey Williams Senior (Stacey Williams, Sr., Stacey Williams Sr.).
  2. The Williams Global Media Corporation
    1. The Williams Global Media Corporation is the Parent company for all its above holdings. The Chief Executive Officer of The Williams Global Media Corporation is Jeron Williams I.
    2. The Williams Global Media Corporation acts as a parent company for its holdings, providing institutional, financial, and directorial support, and indemnifies its holdings from liability from third parties.
  3. WGMCorp., Ltd.
    1. WGMCorp., Ltd. is the shortened and legal name for The Williams Global Media Corporation.
    2. WGMCorp., Ltd. and The Williams Global Media Corporation are the same entity.
    3. WGMCorp., Ltd, The Williams Global Media Corporation, and WGMCorp. are all interchangeable identities but are separate entities.
  4. Williams Ventures and Company, Ltd.
    1. Williams Ventures and Company, Ltd. is the former parent company of several of the holdings of The Williams Global Media Corporation.
    2. Williams Ventures and Company, Ltd. provides directorial support to The Williams Ventures Consultancy.
  5. Uplink Ventures, LLC
    1. Uplink Ventures, LLC is a holding of The Williams Estate.
  6. The Williams Ventures Consultancy
    1. The Williams Ventures Consultancy is the firm for client support and connections with the services provided by WGMCorp.
    2. The Williams Ventures Consultancy’s Agents provide Clients and the world with the most up-to-date information about the services offered by WGMCorp.
    3. The Williams Ventures Consultancy’s Agents provide Clients and the world with the most up-to-date information about the estimated cost of services offered by WGMCorp.
  7. Placard Media
    1. Placard Media is the dedicated media organization for WGMCorp. and provides its services to the public for profit.
    2. Placard Media acts as a standalone firm with institutional, financial, and directorial support from WGMCorp., but is classified as a child company of The Williams Global Media Corporation.
    3. Placard Media’s Agents provide Clients and the world with the most up-to-date information about the services offered by Placard Media, including but not limited to website design, graphic design, bespoke font design, premium font sourcing and purchase facilitation, retail, cosmetics, and home goods customization, bespoke retail product creation, digital media guidance based on the theory of color, white label product services, and high-quality digital product mockups.
    4. Placard Media’s Agents provide Clients and the world with the most up-to-date information about the estimated cost of services offered by Placard Media.
    5. Placard Media’s Agents have the right to initiate contracts with Clients of which the terms are agreed upon at the time and date of initiation.
      1. Clients of Placard Media do not have immediate access to the terms of the contract initiated by Agents of Placard Media.
      2. Clients of Placard Media may request access to the terms of the contract initiated by Agents of Placard Media, and the Agent must deliver the terms within thirty (30) business days,
      3. Clients of Placard Media’s contracts will be considered renewed if no action to terminate has been taken.
    6. Placard Media reserves the right to resell services from other companies, firms, and/or organizations.
      1. Placard Media reserves the right not to disclose information associated with the reselling of services to Clients and the world.
  8. Outone
    1. Outone is the tool for searching for, locating, matching, and monetizing audio and video instances for WGMCorp., and provides its services to the public for profit.
    2. Outone acts as a standalone firm with institutional, financial, and directorial support from WGMCorp., but is classified as a child company of The Williams Global Media Corporation.
    3. Outone’s Agents provide Clients and the world with the most up-to-date information about the services offered by Outone, including but not limited to audio instance matching, audio clip instance matching, key matching, tone matching, BPM matching, audio instance difference matching, audio clip instance difference matching, key difference matching, tone difference matching, BPM difference matching, video instance matching, video instance clip matching, frame rate matching, dimension matching, quality matching, video instance difference matching, video instance clip difference matching, frame rate difference matching, dimension difference matching, quality difference matching, and audio and video revenue generation.
    4. Outone’s Agents provide Clients and the world with the most up-to-date information about the estimated cost of services offered by Outone.
    5. Outone’s Agents have the right to initiate contracts with Clients of which the terms are agreed upon at the time and date of initiation.
      1. Clients of Outone do not have immediate access to the terms of the contract initiated by Agents of Outone.
      2. Clients of Outone may request access to the terms of the contract initiated by Agents of Outone, and the Agent must deliver the terms within thirty (30) business days,
      3. Clients of Outone’s contracts will be considered renewed if no action to terminate has been taken.
    6. Outone reserves the right to resell services from other companies, firms, and/or organizations.
      1. Outone reserves the right not to disclose information associated with the reselling of services to Clients and the world.
  9. MiniMusicManage
    1. MiniMusicManage is the firm now known as TealTie Management.
    2. MiniMusicManage is a holding of The Williams Estate.
  10. TealTie Management
    1. TealTie Management is the career, business, and operations management platform for solo and independent artists, duos, groups, and small, medium, and large companies and record labels for WGMCorp., and provides its services to the public for profit.
    2. TealTie Management acts as a standalone firm with institutional, financial, and directorial support from WGMCorp., but is classified as a child company of The Williams Global Media Corporation.
    3. TealTie Management’s Agents provide Clients and the world with the most up-to-date information about the services offered by TealTie Management, including but not limited to artist management, business management, talent management, events management, website management, portfolio management, financial management, and contract management.
    4. TealTie Management’s Agents provide Clients and the world with the most up-to-date information about the estimated cost of services offered by TealTie Management.
    5. TealTie Management’s Agents have the right to initiate contracts with Clients of which the terms are agreed upon at the time and date of initiation.
      1. Clients of TealTie Management do not have immediate access to the contract terms initiated by Agents of TealTie Management.
      2. Clients of TealTie Management may request access to the terms of the contract initiated by Agents of TealTie Management, and the Agent must deliver the terms within thirty (30) business days,
      3. Clients of TealTie Management’s contracts will be considered renewed if no action to terminate has been taken.
    6. TealTie Management reserves the right to resell services from other companies, firms, and/or organizations.
      1. TealTie Management reserves the right not to disclose information associated with the reselling of services to Clients and the world.
  11. Trilo Music
    1. Trilo Music is the mechanical and performance rights registry and mechanical, performance, and miscellaneous revenue collection agency for WGMCorp., and provides its services to the public for profit.
    2. Trilo Music acts as a standalone firm with institutional, financial, and directorial support from WGMCorp., but is classified as a child company of The Williams Global Media Corporation.
    3. Trilo Music’s Agents provide Clients and the world with the most up-to-date information about the services offered by Trilo Music, including but not limited to mechanical rights registry, performance rights registry, mechanical use rights registry, performance use rights registry, mechanical use licensing, performance use licensing, sync licensing, mechanical use revenue collection, performance use revenue collection, and sync use revenue collection.
    4. Trilo Music’s Agents provide Clients and the world with the most up-to-date information about the estimated cost of services offered by Trilo Music.
    5. Trilo Music’s Agents have the right to initiate contracts with Clients of which the terms are agreed upon at the time and date of initiation.
      1. Clients of Trilo Music do not have immediate access to the terms of the contract initiated by Agents of Trilo Music.
      2. Clients of Trilo Music may request access to the terms of the contract initiated by Agents of Trilo Music, and the Agent must deliver the terms within thirty (30) business days,
      3. Clients of Trilo Music’s contracts will be considered renewed if no action to terminate has been taken.
    6. Trilo Music reserves the right to resell services from other companies, firms, and/or organizations.
      1. Trilo Music reserves the right not to disclose information associated with the reselling of services to Clients and the world.
  12. 12:23 Publishings, Ltd.
    1. 12:23 Publishings, Ltd. is the holder of 12:23 Distribution.
    2. 12:23 Publishings, Ltd. is a holding of The Williams Estate.
  13. Twelve Twenty-Three Musical Holdings, Ltd.
    1. Twelve Twenty-Three Musical Holdings, Ltd. is the holder of the assets of 12:23 Distribution.
    2. Twelve Twenty-Three Musical Holdings, Ltd. is a holding of The Williams Estate.
  14. 12:23 Distribution
    1. 12:23 Distribution is the musical audio and video global distribution, revenue collection, and monetization organization for WGMCorp., and provides its services to the public for profit.
    2. 12:23 Distribution acts as a standalone firm with institutional, financial, and directorial support from WGMCorp., but is classified as a child company of The Williams Global Media Corporation.
    3. 12:23 Distribution’s Agents provide Clients and the world with the most up-to-date information about the services offered by 12:23 Distribution, including but not limited to global musical audio distribution, specific musical audio platform distribution, musical audio monetization, and specific musical audio platform monetization collection.
    4. 12:23 Distribution’s Agents provide Clients and the world with the most up-to-date information about the estimated cost of services offered by 12:23 Distribution.
    5. 12:23 Distribution’s Agents have the right to initiate contracts with Clients of which the terms are agreed upon at the time and date of initiation.
      1. Clients of 12:23 Distribution do not have immediate access to the contract terms initiated by Agents of 12:23 Distribution.
      2. Clients of 12:23 Distribution may request access to the terms of the contract initiated by Agents of Trilo Music, and the Agent must deliver the terms within ninety (90) business days,
      3. Clients of 12:23 Distribution’s contracts will be considered renewed if no action to terminate has been taken.
    6. 12:23 Distribution reserves the right to resell services from other companies, firms, and/or organizations.
      1. 12:23 Distribution reserves the right not to disclose information associated with the reselling of services to Clients and the world.
  15. WGMServices Holdings, LLC
    1. WGMServices Holdings, LLC is the holder of ServiceStride.
    2. WGMServices Holdings, LLC is a holding of The Williams Estate.
  16. ServiceStride
    1. ServiceStride is the all-encompassing services organization for WGMCorp., and provides its services to the public for profit.
    2. ServiceStride acts as a standalone firm with institutional, financial, and directorial support from WGMCorp., but is classified as a child company of The Williams Global Media Corporation.
    3. ServiceStride’s Agents provide Clients and the world with the most up-to-date information about the services offered by ServiceStride.
    4. ServiceStride’s Agents provide Clients and the world with the most up-to-date information about the estimated cost of services offered by ServiceStride.
    5. ServiceStride’s services are only offered in connection with contracted services from other organizations of The Williams Global Media Corporation.
